Meet Cheerri!

Cheerri was born from a simple, human
moment. The founder, an ordinary Bristol runner with a habit of giving a thumbs-up to other runners on his daily jogs, started noticing something. Some smiled or lifted a hand; others looked surprised — but more than half did not respond at all...

It made him think.

If phones connect us, why don’t our streets?

And what if what we wear could lower that barrier — clothing as a visible sign that invites a nod or a smile? To signal friendliness, prompt a reaction — wouldn’t that be something?

That thought came on one of those long, quiet runs around the harbour. And it never left.

Curious, he dug into the science. Yes, well-known health, mood and cognitive benefits of running, but also the well-being power of everyday “weak ties”. He experimented with bold, friendly designs, then layered light game mechanics to combine movement, micro‑connection, and well‑being into one enjoyable habit. That search became Cheerri.

Today, Cheerri works with communities, charities, researchers, and sports bodies to bring more human moments to everyday runs and daily life.

Every shared smile, every returned glance, every small interaction — that’s what real life is made of.

Run. Play. Share.
